How are leads generated?

Borrowers find us through paid search ads (Google, Bing) and affiliate networks. They fill out a short pre-qualification form and explicitly consent to be contacted by licensed mortgage professionals.
Are the credit scores verified?

Borrowers self-report their estimated FICO range on the form. We capture it directly at the moment of application — along with loan purpose, loan amount, property value, and full address. Leads are fresh and submitted minutes before you see them.
How many times is each lead sold?

Each lead is sold to a maximum of 4 buyers. The price decreases slightly with each sale, so the first buyer gets the freshest lead at the best value.
How quickly are leads delivered?

Leads appear in your dashboard within minutes of the borrower submitting their form. The marketplace auto-refreshes every 15 seconds.
Can I filter leads before buying?

Yes. You can filter by FICO score range, state, loan purpose (purchase, refinance, cash-out), and loan amount. You only see leads that match your criteria.
What information do I get after purchasing a lead?

You receive the borrower's full name, phone number, email address, street address, loan purpose, loan amount, property value, and verified credit score.
Is there a subscription or minimum commitment?

No. LeadDesk is pay-per-lead with no monthly fees and no contracts. Buy only what you want, when you want it.
How do I get an account?

Apply through our sign-up page. Accounts are reviewed within 24 hours. We verify that all buyers are licensed mortgage professionals before granting access.
For Borrowers
Will submitting this form affect my credit score?

No. LeadDesk does not run any credit inquiry — soft or hard. You self-report your estimated credit score range on the form. Your credit file is never accessed and your score is never impacted.
Who will contact me after I apply?

Up to 4 licensed mortgage brokers will receive your information and may reach out by phone or email. You'll only be contacted by professionals who can actually help with your loan type.
Do I have to give my Social Security Number?

No. LeadDesk never asks for your Social Security Number. We do not access your credit report. You simply provide your estimated credit score range along with your loan details.
How do I opt out or request deletion of my data?

Email us at privacy@leaddesk.com with your name and email address. We will remove your information from our systems and notify any buyers within 5 business days.
